Strength and Condition Training Drills
Strength and condition training is one of the most important things in our training. We found that by varying this training throughout the season have helped our athletes achieve greater success.

Correct Running Technique

Brain teasers and strategy race planning are a major part of any race. We prepare all our athletes to become leaders and lead by example.
Regular Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday
Work outs starts with dynamic warm-up followed by intense training and finishing with cool down 6pm - 8pm each day.
Plyometric & Hill Workout Saturdays
We take our training off the Track, too. Our plyometric and Hill sessions help build strength, endurance and mental toughness.

Through our coaches' guidance, over half of our team qualified for the 2016 AAU Junior Olympic. Five of our athletes attended the 2016 USATF Junior Olympics and of these athletes, four won Top 8 place medals. We had 11 of our athletes attended the West Coast Nationals and won a total of (31) medals which (12) were Gold!
