Regular Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 

Work outs starts with dynamic warm-up followed by intense training and finishing with cool down 6pm - 8pm each day. 


Plyometric & Hill Workout  Saturdays

We take our training off the Track, too. Our  plyometric and Hill sessions help build strength, endurance and mental toughness.

Strength and Condition Training Drills
Strength and condition training is one of the most important things in our training.  We found that by varying this training throughout the season have helped our athletes achieve greater success.   

 

Speed Training Drills
Every coaching session includes speed work fundamentals.


Improved Flexibility & Range of Motion

Stretching is a critical part of any athletic routine. We know this and will teach your athlete(s) how.
 

Correct Running Technique
We'll help your athlete(s) apply proper running technique to his/her running form. 


Improved Decision Making Abilities
Brain teasers and strategy race planning are a major part of any race.  We prepare all our athletes to become leaders and lead by example.

With 19 years of combined experience coaching  Youth Track and Field, our coaches applies their personal history to our athletes success. Each includes:

  • Fundamental training 
  • Position-specific strategy
  • Focus on teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Sprinting drills 
  • Personal mentoring based on athlete's stated goals

Through our coaches' guidance, over half of our team qualified for the 2016 AAU Junior Olympic. Five of our athletes attended the 2016 USATF Junior Olympics and of these  athletes, four won Top 8 place medals. We had 11 of our athletes attended the West Coast Nationals and won a total of (31) medals which (12) were Gold! This is just a small testimony of the effort and hard work that our coaches and athletes put in. Will your child be the next up and coming star?
